Hall of Infamy updates

The Hall of Infamy has had a couple of new features added:

Search for player name
You can enter a player name and it'll show the overall single player and/or multiplayer ranks for that name.

Shows score by period
A tab bar has been added just above the single/multi score tables to allow switching between "All time", "Past Quarter" (ie 3 months), and "Past Month".

Another update! (I forgot to post about the Co-Op player addition, but that was a few weeks ago).

Linked Player Names
Clicking any player name in the scores table will show their individual scores at the top, just as if you had entered their name in the search.

Co-Op Campaign Scores
In the tab bar, and under the Co-Op table, the 5 campaigns are linked - clicking each of these will show the highest combined score for the 1 or 2 players involved, and also show the highest individual scores for that campaign.
